December 26, 2016 - The suspect in a Cleveland misrepresentation examination stays in the Liberty County Jail taking after captures on continuous days a week ago in Liberty and San Jacinto districts coming from warrants out of three different Texas regions. 

Thomas Wayne Handy, 42, confronts three robbery of property charges and one burglary of administration charge in Titus County, one robbery allegation in Hardin County and one robbery of administration charge in Nueces County. 

With examiners filtering through confirmation, Cleveland Police Chief Darrel Broussard said it "will be a while before we can get bank records and other proof to charge the subject in conceivable extortion [and] robbery cases" in Liberty County. 

Some of Handy's asserted casualties guarantee he acted like a delegate of a pipeline organization and contracted upwards of 40 workers, having them round out new contract archives and experience tranquilize testing.
