MARCH 12, 2017 - Three men have been charged after they were included in an occurrence that prompted to one of them being shot by a St. Louis city cop on Friday night in north St. Louis. Daryl Greer, 24, Matthew Smith, 21, and Deviaughn Brett, 18, were charged Saturday by the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney's Office after they were captured on Friday. As indicated by a public statement from the St. Louis County Police Department, the men were being pursued by police while endeavoring to stop a vehicle that had been accounted for stolen. At the point when the vehicle got to be distinctly stable, police said Greer and Smith kept running from the vehicle. Brett remained inside the vehicle and was arrested. Greer and Smith resisted requests to stop. Smith was gotten by an officer.
