Apr 08, 2017 - LAKE CHARLES, La. - Police have discharged the name of the casualty slaughtered in a fourfold shooting in Lake Charles. As per a representative for the Lake Charles Police Department, officers reacted to the 2000 square of Tulip Street Thursday morning in reference to shooting. Upon landing, officers found four individuals shot. Cody Lastrapes, 22, of Lake Charles, was slaughtered at the scene. Three other individuals were transported to a nearby doctor's facilities for treatment. One casualty is in stable condition and the other two casualties are recorded as basic, said the representative. The examination is progressing right now. The Lake Charles Police Department is asking that anybody with data concerning this episode to contact Sergeant Franklin Fondel 337-491-1456 ext. 5311.
