SEBASTIAN COUNTY (KFSM)— A man who was shot by a mortgage holder after supposedly breaking into the property holder's vehicle and burglarizing his living arrangement has been captured and another suspect is in basic condition at a Fort Smith healing facility, as indicated by agents. Jimmy Huu Nguyen, 19, of Fort Smith was captured on doubt of two numbers of lawful offense breaking and entering and one tally of lawful offense robbery by getting and robbery of property out of Sebastian County Sheriff's Office, and four checks of crime breaking and entering and one forget about of lawful offense private theft of Fort Smith Police Department.
