March 17, 2017 - A previous Dunwoody cop living in the Jackson County town of Braselton was captured Thursday on two checks of sexual abuse of youngsters, as per the Georgia Bureau of Investigation. Joseph Tomalka, 48, was captured by officers with the GBI's Child Exploitation and Computer Crimes Unit. As of Friday, Tomalka was being held in the Jackson County Jail, as per a GBI news discharge. The GBI examination concerning Tomalka's affirmed exercises started in September, when the Braselton Police Department requested help with association with assertions that Tomalka was survey youngster explicit entertainment on his home portable PC. Specialists captured Tomalka in the wake of leading what the GBI news discharge called "a few investigative acts." This examination stays dynamic and continuous.
