March 31, 2017 - Ramon Alejandro Cuenca-Aguilar, 27-years of age of Mexico, was captured close Progreso by U.S. Fringe Patrol specialists after as of now being ousted in 2014, as per Valley Central News. In 2010, Cuenca-Aguilar was captured by Texas authorities and accused of revolting presentation after an inhabitant of Weslaco, Texas, called the nearby police office and detailed that the illicit worker was "playing with himself" out in the open. At the time, a Hidalgo County Court judge sentenced Cuenca-Aguilar to 19 days in the slammer.
