January 4, 2017 - Tomball police on Wednesday have captured a man blamed for killing another man inside a Tomball Walmart. The division reported Michael Brandon Jemison's capture on its Facebook page Wednesday night. Police discovered Jemison at around 6:45 p.m. at a house in Waller County. Jemison, who turns 30 on Friday, is accused of murder for purportedly assaulting Justin Jones, 37, inside the Walmart at 27600 Tomball Parkway on Monday. Police say the two men knew each other preceding the slaughtering. Jones, of Magnolia, passed on from serious head injury at Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Hospital after the squabble with the suspect on Monday at 1 a.m., Sgt. Gary Hammond said on Tuesday.
