GALVESTON, Texas - A previous Galveston County representative is blamed for approaching a 14-year-old young lady for sex and sending her sexually express instant messages, as indicated by court records. 

The spouse of 34-year-old Ruben Orneals told police that when her better half blamed her for undermining him, she checked the couple's cellphone account, as indicated by the reports. She said that she saw many instant messages to a number that has a place with a young lady who she knows is underage. 

As indicated by the archives, she educated the young lady's folks regarding the trades. The young lady's folks checked her telephone and saw the instant messages, which contained sexually unequivocal dialect and photos of Orneals' private parts.
