January 27th 2017 - RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - Richmond cops say they're exploring the city's 6th manslaughter of the year after a shooting Thursday morning in the 4200 piece of Chamberlayne Avenue. Police say Jerode R. Greene, 24, was found around 8 a.m. experiencing a gunfire wound. He was articulated dead at the healing facility at 8:46 a.m. They are presently searching for observers for the situation. "It is accepted there were numerous observers in the territory at the time, including the individuals who were making a trip to work or school," said Det. Victoria Griffith-Matko. "We ask any individual who has any data to approach.
