January 27, 2017 -  PETERSBURG, Va. (WRIC) — Petersburg Police are swinging to the general population for help getting a man blamed for disfiguring, tormenting and executing youthful puppies. The scene police reacted to the previous summer was frightful. They are presently contacting people in general trying to put the man they say is mindful, Brandon Gillie, in a correctional facility. "He constrained them to swallow a few things, including sparklers and toxic substance," Detective Thomas Ewers with the Petersburg Police Department said. In any case, the torment didn't stop there, police say. While the puppies were still alive, Gillie dismantled and disfigured the canines. Everything occurred in the back yard of a now surrendered trailer. "He cut their bodies open, and when he cut their bodies open, he likewise attempted to paste it back together," Ewers said. "He put stick over the mutts' appearances, including their gag, I figure in an endeavor shield the puppies from being boisterous or attempting to choke out them." The mutts were left beyond words.
