March 22, 2017 - A 75-year-old Allen man who confessed to shooting at development laborers who were "chafing him" was captured early Wednesday morning, police say. Allen police brought in the SWAT group after development specialists revealed hearing a firearm terminated from a flat in the 300 square of Greenville Avenue at 1:56 a.m. Police said they encompassed the flat and reached the man, later recognized as Roy Dale Rogers.
