- October 7, 2016 - Royal OAK, MI — The Royal Oak Police Department is examining skimming gadgets found on ATM machines inside two nearby 7-Eleven Stores. On Oct. 1, officers were called to the 7-Eleven store at 1121 N. Campbell for a skimming gadget that had been found on the ATM by a client. A couple of hours after the fact, officers were called to the 7-Eleven at 3305 N. Primary Street for a skimming gadget that had been found on the ATM by a worker. As per a media discharge, gadgets were recuperated. 

The Royal Oak Police Criminal Investigations Division is examining, in conjunction with Southeast Michigan Financial Crimes Task Force.
